Come join us for 24 hours of hacking/programming at Snowbound! Snowbound is a hackathon happening December 22nd-23rd in Shelburne! A hackathon is an event, where programmers get together for a period of time to collaborate on a project. The participants work rapidly and often work without sleep to achieve their task, as the events generally only last between 12 to 48 hours. Not only do programmers get the satisfaction of creating a useful product during the hackathon, but once the time runs out all participants come together and present their creations. Hackathons aren't just about what you make at the end, but the friendships and connections formed from coding with one another for such a time span. No coding experience is required to come to Snowbound, we will be teaching coding, and have opportunities and workshops for people of all skill levels.
