Next Saturday, March 16, is the third class of the 5Rhythms® 5-class series 'EXPLORATION" - exploring each of the 5Rhythms over 5 months.

This class will focus on the rhythm of Chaos woven into a Rhythm Wave.
You are welcome to join for any or all of the classes.

5Rhythms is the tap root of conscious dance, using expressive movement following a map of rhythms, to expand your body awareness, self-awareness, self-expression, and your heart.

The next 3 classes will be at the Grange Hall Cultural Center in Waterbury Center.

This is an opportunity to learn about the 5Rhythms Practice or simply to deepen your dance, wherever you dance!
