Central Vermont OLLI presents Vermont Agriculture and its Working Land

Vermont Secretary of Agriculture Anson Tebbetts will discuss the many, complex issues concerning our beloved Vermont farms on Wednesday, March 6, 1:30 pm at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center, 58 Barre St.

Secretary Tebbetts will outline developments in Vermont agriculture including new products and technologies as well as novel practices for mitigating climate change and improving farm resiliency. He'll discuss, also, the implications of these developments for Vermont's working landscape.

Registration for the seven remaining programs in the spring series is $40 per individual or $70 per couple (any two people) or $8 per program. Registration should be done online beforehand or by mail to UVM OLLI.
