Access Café in downtown Montpelier is holding space for all community members on New Year's Eve. There will be a Community Dinner at 6pm featuring two made-from-scratch winter stews followed by a Cacao Circle facilitated by Prophesy Chocolate at 7pm, and then an alcohol-free, DJ'd dance party from 8pm-1am.
