Join artist and Alzheimer's Association staff partner Kirk Rankin this April for a 4-week dementia art class at the Shelburne Craft School!
Students & care partners will join artist Kirk Rankin for the opportunity to explore their connection to dementia through watercolor, collage, and mosaics.
This class provides an emotionally safe environment, sensitive to the needs of students and care partners. No experience is necessary, all supplies will be provided. This class is appropriate for people with earlier-stage dementia who may attend with or without a care partner.
Those living with later-stage dementias are welcome to participate if accompanied by a care partner.
Classes will be held on Monday, April 1, 15, 22, and 29 from 10 am to noon at the Shelburne Craft School, 64 Harbor Rd, Shelburne. Class will not be held on April 8th.
Please email Kirk at kirankin@alz.org with questions or to register.
