Hi Neighbors,

Tap O.N.E. is an urban maple sugaring collective that operates in (and occasionally around) Burlington. We are entering our 4th season of community sugaring. You may have noticed a bucket hanging from the beautiful maple by the playground in Calahan Park--that's us!

We host educational and social events throughout the sugaring season. We tap a few trees in public spaces and also lend out buckets for people to tap their own trees. We gather the sap and host community boils. When the syrup is ready, we distribute it in small jars.

Weather permitting, we will be having our first boil of the season this Sunday, 2/25 at the Wintervale from 11 am - 2 pm: https://www.intervale.org/wintervale. We hope to see you there!
