Al Gilbert, of Charlotte, (as representative of H2HT) just returned from Tela and had a strong welcome from Mario Fuentes (Mayor of Tela) and his team. Mayor Fuentes has initiated many new positive projects in his 'EL MOMENTO ES AHORA' theme. Tela is very tranquil, culturally rich and all there are looking forward to H2HT volunteers coming to Tela and are so appreciative of what we do to help them.
