Reminder for everyone that there is a Planning Commission meeting seeking public input regrading the Gateway District.
Reap Construction, a local developer who has done some great work around Richmond, including the Monitor Barn, has recently purchased the Willis Farm property in the Gateway and is requesting some changes to the zoning of this District.
Without intending to speak for the entire PC, I believe there is a consensus to make some changes. We will be discussing some of those specific changes on Wednesday.
Remember! The Congregational Church is hosting their Chicken Pie Dinner on Wednesday. Parking should be easing up by 7PM or better yet, come to town early, have some pie and come over to the meeting at 7 PM.
