The Local Sustainable Food Systems class at Sterling College will be putting on a Community Dinner every Friday evening in the Dunbar Dining Hall. This event is free to anyone in the greater Craftsbury area and will be a wonderful opportunity for folks to connect over a warm, nourishing, and delicious meal prepared by the students.
This week's dinner will be Pot Roast with beef raised on the Sterling Farm, Hasselback Potatoes, and Erin's famous Brussel Sprouts. Dessert will be fresh and hot apple fritters, using the last of the apples from our harvest this year.
