Join us on 2/11 from 4:00-5:15pm at Rooted Yoga, located at 325 No. Main St. in Barre for a special sound bath with Brooke from Cosmic Earth Wellness.

Lie down, relax, let go and allow the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, space chime, rattles, elemental koshi chimes, rain sticks and more fill the space as Brooke plays instruments over and around your body, allowing for complete immersion of body, mind and spirit.
