Join Stina from Rooted Yoga for a day long retreat at the beautiful Round Barn Inn in Waitsfield, VT on June 1 from 10-4pm. We will start the day getting to know each other and then we'll settle in for a healing sound bath infused with reiki, followed by a yoga practice accessible to all beings. We'll nurture ourselves with amazing food and have time to process our morning. Then we'll head outside for some time exploring the beautiful landscape and collecting found pieces for a group nature mandala. We will spend some time meditating and noticing some of the things we maybe don't always get to acknowledge and use that energy as a place of intention to support the rest of our practices during the afternoon.
You will leave feeling more deeply connected to your inner sense of self, perhaps feeling more connected to your own natural rhythms and energy. It will be a day full of connection, co-creation and appreciation for one another and oneself.
