Pre-Application Review: Renovation/Expansion of COTS Building, 95 North Avenue

All interested parties, particularly neighbors in Wards 2, 3, and 7, are invited to a presentation of the proposed renovation and expansion of the COTS building at 95 North Avenue. The meeting will take place on October 14 from 7-8:30 pm in the Scully Community Room of the Burlington Police Department located at 1 North Avenue. The developer will be on hand to share information about the proposed project design and scope, as well as respond to questions and concerns.
