I know -the big news is really 'Dana Robinson comes to Sterling on Saturday, February 10!', with the subheading being that Craftsbury's own acoustic folk fourtet, What Four, composed of Ned Houston on banjo, Alan Turnbull on standup bass, and Craig Taylor and Don Houghton on guitar, will be doing a couple of opening numbers to kind of set the folksy, upbeat tone of the evening. Be sure to be on time - it all starts at 7 in the Sterling dining hall - or you'll miss us!
Dana Robinson is a well-appreciated singer/songwriter from nearby Cabot. He's got a number of CDs out with his wife Susan, and he's the driving force behind Cabot Arts, the organization that is doing such a fine job of bringing acoustic music to Cabot on a regular basis.
Entrance is by donation, $10-$20. Hope to see you there. And I'll let Ned, Alan and Craig know that I've announced that we're available for autographs and/or selfies afterwards.
