Flow singing is an intertwining of music and mindfulness designed to meet you exactly where you are -- seasoned singer or absolute beginner or somewhere in between. We use song to ignite presence and connection -- to experience flow individually and in a group. Each month, the group that gathers learns a set of songs, shared in a gentle, friendly, easy-to-follow manner by Patricia Norton. You can come Tuesday at 11:00 am, Thursday at 7 pm, or both! The first week of the month is free to see if it's right for you. February is a 3-week month; March and April are 4-weeks.
