We begin with a 1 hour 15 minute Sound Bath .
Instruments played over and around everyone.
Individual Oracle Card Readings for each person. Take turns while others Sauna.
Vegan Charcuterie Board and Tea provided to guests

We begin by learning about each instrument for a few minutes, then move into a meditation to center, connect, align one's being creating a state of peace & wellbeing through breath guidance and cosmic light visualization.
Then enjoy the relaxing sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Tibetan Bowl, Hand Drum, Tongue Drum, Ocean Drum, 4 Elemental Koshi Chimes, Space Chime, Rattles & more.
