Join Brooke of Cosmic Earth Wellness & Jenna of The Elmore Spa for a cozy cabin collaboration at The Elmore Spa.

Brooke will play instruments over & around everyone while Jenna offers Facial Massage and Marma Point Therapy.

Enjoy the relaxing power of Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Tibetan Bowls, Four Elemental Koshi Chimes, Hand Drum, Tongue Drum, Oceam Drum, Rattles, Rain Stick & more.

We begin with 30 minutes of very Gentle Yoga that is basically stretching to center, calm and align the body / nervous system, moving then into 45 minute sound bath plus more time for breath guidance and meditation.

~ Followed by Tea and indoor fire hang out (optional to stay for that part). Can add on a Sauna Session if interested!
