There will be a class held on Sun Feb 18th @ 1130 for women ages 13 and up.
Studio 108 has graciously offered to Host this event: 1940 Mtn Road Stowe
This first class is a lot of info and some hands on. You will walk away with more than you realize. There will be more classes to follow if attendance is high. Each class after the first one will be all hands on.
Seth is an amazing instructor and has worked with women of all kinds and ages to get them to an amazing level of confidence.
