Join me, Brooke Berger of Cosmic Earth Wellness, next Monday August 21st from 5:00-6:00 pm for a Sound Bath Journey at Topnotch Resort in Stowe, VT.

This event is $15 for anyone to join or hotel guests and complimentary to Topnotch members.

Instruments played are Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowl, Drums, Rattles, 4 Elemental Koshi Chimes, Rainsticks and more.

We begin by a brief meditation to get into the moment, relax deeper into the body, coming to a place of center. Then, I play instruments over and around everyone. Ending with a few chants I will sing.

Learn about the instruments and receive and let go with the sounds!

Blankets , mat, eye covering and bolsters are provided for use at the event. If you prefer to bring your own, please do.
