Did you know that the Cambridge Valley Farmers Market is a year-round market? We start the 2024 winter season on Sunday, January 14 from 10-1 at the old firehouse, 11 W. Main St, Cambridge, NY, 12816. Enter from the door on Pearl Street. Parking is available on Main Street, the left (stream) side of Pearl Street, and behind the firehouse.

Market will take place twice a month, on the second and fourth Sundays of the month. Email us to get on our mailing list and get reminders about market dates and information about weather-related closings or delays.

Our vendors for January are:

Covered Bridge Bread (Kean): New Winter Vendor! Based in Shushan, Kean specializes in small batch, freshly baked sourdough and more. She will be baking various sourdough boules, sourdough focaccia with various toppings, cookie and/or frozen cookie dough and the occasional cake for you to purchase at market. Kean will also have honey from Burnside Bees.

Onda Farm (Roxanne and Gary): Returning for another winter!
Based in Center Cambridge. Certified organic veggies and chicken. Microgreens coming January 28.

Canteen Coffee (Casey): Hot coffee and cocoa, bring your to-go cup!

Moon Scones (Wendy): sweetened with maple syrup only

Joint Venture Farm (MaryAnn): variety of pork products and eggs

518 Farms (Jeff and Megan): mushrooms, mushroom powders, and tinctures

Giese Beef (Ben and Melissa): Steaks, roasts, and burger

Adirondack Seafood (Jim and Janelle): Chowder, oysters, shrimp cocktail

Long Days Farm (Edwin and Debby): Vegetables
