20 minutes strength-training + 24 minutes Yoga/Core

Whether you're new to strength training, yoga, or both, this 3-week series will start slowly and thoughtfully – giving you time to build a strong foundation.

Wednesdays, 5:30-6:14 PM | January: 10, 17, & 24

💪🏼 WOMEN ON WEIGHTS
50 minutes full-body strength-training.

For women who want to challenge themselves and have lifting experience – class equipment includes: dumbbells, bands, & large physio ball.

Mondays 5:30 - 6:20 PM | January 8th - March 25th (12 week session)

🔆 MINDFUL MOVEMENT AT THE GRANGE HALL CULTURAL CENTER
4 - week in-person gentle yoga series – enhanced posture, balance, & mind-body connection.

Unwind from the day & discover the benefits of intelligent, mindful movement.

Tuesdays, 5:30-6:15 PM | 1/30, 2/6, 2/13 & 2/20 | AT: The Grange Hall Cultural Center
All levels are welcome, please bring a yoga mat.
