Plainfield Arts is thrilled to welcome Gathering Time, a folk-rock/Americana/AAA trio hailing from Long Island, at the historic Plainfield Opera House! With a decade-long legacy of touring across the United States and internationally, Gathering Time showcases a unique blend of new interpretations of '60s and '70s classics, along with traditional tunes and compelling original songs.

Drawing inspiration from genre pioneers such as The Byrds, Peter, Paul & Mary, Joni Mitchell, and Crosby, Stills & Nash, Gathering Time brings a contemporary touch to their music through an acoustic-electric alchemy that is distinctly their own.

Peter Yarrow (of Peter, Paul & Mary fame) even adds his endorsement, referring to Gathering Time as "Extraordinary singers who follow in the footsteps of The Weavers and Peter Paul & Mary."
