Thursday, December 21 at 4:00 - 5:30 PM -- Winter Solstice Service -- Unitarian Church of Montpelier (130 Main Street)

Gather in the Sanctuary (upstairs) from 4-5 PM to share reflections on the prior year and hopes for the coming year. Through music, poetry, candle-lighting, and meditation we will honor the gifts of the darkest night and anticipate the returning of the light, as we celebrate the Winter Solstice together. If you wish, bring kindling, fodder, and/or an offering for the Solstice Fire we will light in the center of the mandala on the north lawn, from 5:00 - 5:30 PM.

All are welcome to the indoor 4:00 PM Service, and/or the outdoor 5:00 PM Solstice Fire. Join us for one or both ~ we are wishing you and yours a warm and peaceful Winter Solstice!
