EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

This is an all levels yoga class with modifications, including seated options. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in and a water bottle. Bring your own mat or reserve one of the ten that will be available.

Join with community members to celebrate the winter solstice and share in mutual aid to support the Hardwick Area Food Pantry Craftsbury and Albany Food Shelves with either a monetary or most needed items donation.
