Alz. Association Virtual Gathering - Winter Solstice

Past event
Dec 21, 2023, 7 to 7:30 PM

Thursday, December 21st, is the winter solstice, The Longest Night of the year. On this night, we at the Alzheimer's Association will shine our lights together to diminish the darkness and illuminate a path toward a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementias. Make yourself a cup of hot cocoa and join us on Zoom for a virtual luminary lighting and musical performance to honor and remember all those on this journey.

Please join us for a virtual gathering on The Longest Night, December 21st, from 7-7:30 pm.

We encourage you to write names of loved ones, memories, and messages of hope on the bags and place them on your front steps or in your windows on December 21st, the winter solstice and the longest night of the year. Together our lights create a beacon of hope for all those currently on this journey and send a message that no one walks this path alone.

Registration is required for a secure Zoom link. Please visit longestnight.org

Thanks for joining!
