Winter Solstice Yin & Restore: A Pop-up Class at Blossom Wellness

Celebrate the longest night of the year and welcome in the winter season with this yummy blend of breathwork, yin and restorative yoga, poetry, and reflection. Together, we will honor the urging of our environment to slow down, let go, and focus inward. We will reflect on our individual hopes for the season and join as a community to invite the return of the light.
