On Monday, December 11 at 5:00 pm we'll gather in front of the Kellogg-Hubbard Library for Montpelier's first GLOW WALK, co-sponsored by the City's Complete Streets Committee and the library. Come with lights and reflective gear (the more, the better!) and join a procession around Montpelier. This is a free event. We want to have fun while making the point that it's important to "Be Bright at Night" so drivers can see us. You're encouraged to carry or attach lights and reflective gear to your body. Headlamps, reflective vests, armbands, and flashlights are just some of the possibilities. After an hour or so, we'll return to the library and enjoy hot chocolate.
