Vermont Coverts: Woodlands for Wildlife is a peer-to-peer community of landowners, professionals and others learning from and supporting each other to enhance wildlife habitats through sound forest management. Join us as we look to learn about and celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Endangered Species Act! We will host author/ecologists Jon Erickson and Joe Roman. They will share updates on the successes and failures of the Endangered Species Act and the importance of understanding animals and their ecology and an alternative economic design that might help us see more successes and a healthier planet in the future. Bring your thoughts and questions as we delve into the topic of conservation. Co-sponsored by Vermont Coverts, Land Ethic Vermont, and Richmond Free Library.
