Delna's Kitchen is offering her last two hands-on cooking classes from the Indian Sub-continent at Access CVU in Hinesburg for the Fall/ Winter 2023 semester. We went on a culinary journey all over India, ending now with Goan and Indo-Chinese cuisine. Learn to make Vindaloo and Manchurian with other side dishes in December and January.
