I know the challenges of dementia and I know many of you do too. I hope you will join with others who have been touched by dementia as we plan priorities for 2024. Whether you are looking for a support group, want to join an online campaign, or are ready to visit the Statehouse and share your story, there are many opportunities to raise awareness, support, and build services.

This month our gathering will feature local author and artist Nancy Stone who will share the art of Haiku and how these short poems helped her navigate the role of caregiver to her husband of fifty years.
Our top state policy priorities will be revealed as well as the dates we will have events at the Statehouse in Montpelier.
We will brainstorm activities and strategies to ensure the needs of Vermonters with Alzheimer's and other dementias and their care partners are understood and supported by policymakers.
