As nights grow longer, let the Full Moon illuminate your inner and outer world, guiding you back to yourself. Slow down, sit in community, and sip hot Cacao as we reground in our bodies. We will explore our stories, what parts of us make up those voices (critic, inner child, our "board of directors", higher self…), and how to rewrite those stories for better clarity and ease in our lives.

Who's steering your ship? Do you like where it's headed? What would you like to manifest instead?

Join Nyssa, licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and health coach, for an evening of community, sipping cacao, and reflecting on our journeys as cyclical beings. Bring a journal. I'll have paper and pens if you need!
