Join me Monday 11/20 for a Sound Bath Journey at Topnotch Resort in Stowe from 5-6pm.

We begin with a meditation and simple breath guidance to relax into the body, moving into a full Sound experience! Everyone is invited to lay down. Instruments will be played over and around each person.

Instruments include Crystals Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowl, 4 Elemental Koshi Chimes, Tongue Drum, Hand Drum, Rattles, Rainstick and more.

Please bring a blanket, eye covering & anything you need to be comfy. Some blankets and bolsters are available there as well as mats to lay on.

Space is available to 18 people. Advanced sign up encouraged to guarantee a spot. Call the Spa to RSVP (802)253-6463.
$15 per person or free to Topnotch Members. All are welcome.
