5:05 Meeting with Eli Toohey, Community Development Planner for Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission, to discuss formally accepting assistance through the Municipal Technical Assistance Program. Action likely.

5:20 Highway Report: update on Town highway issues, projects, etc. Action possible.

5:30 Monthly Meeting with the MVFD + BUDGET WORKSHOP
Update by the Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department plus reviewing the MVFD's budget request for the FY'25 fiscal year. Budget Committee likely to attend with quorum. Action unlikely.
