Is Vermont's health care system serving you and your family well? Are you able to receive and afford the care you need? What kinds of medical care do you want to see more of in our community? What changes to the health care system would benefit our community and our state?
These questions and more are being discussed at virtual community forums around the state. There will be a virtual forum about Central Vermont Medical Center on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. If you cannot attend the forum, you can submit written comments.
The Vermont legislature passed a law in 2022 that created these listening sessions. Our legislators want to hear from us about health care and how to make it better and more affordable for everyone.
This is an important opportunity to share your personal and family experiences with health care and to make recommendations on how to improve the health care system for all of us. Details about this community engagement process is at https://gmcboard.vermont.gov/Act-167-Community-Meetings
