Curious what your writing and acting neighbors are up to? Theater in the Woods' 2nd Annual Fundraiser Dinner and theater event at Stone Valley Arts in Poultney showcases 8 plays written for adults - a different four each on Friday and Saturday nights - and 3 plays for children at a Sunday matinee.

These are dynamic readings of short ten minute plays, written by Jeanne Arsenault, Herb Childress, Melissa Chesnut-Tangerman, Allison Fradkin, Cheryl Gushee, Karina Jutzi, Jon Mathewson, Linda Peavy, Chip Stevens, and Glenn Tarbell. Directed by Meg Bouchard, Wheaton Squier, Glenn Tarbell, and Melissa Chesnut-Tangerman.

Adult plays and dinner are Friday November 10 and Saturday November 11. Plays for children are Sunday November 12 at 2 pm.

Friday and Saturday: Soups, salads and sides are served from 5:30-6:45. Plays begin at 7 pm -- four different plays each evening. $25 for one night; $40 for both. Makes a great date night!

The Sunday children's matinee plays are free will donation and begin at 2 pm, with snacks served afterward.
