WOODBURY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Woodbury Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet at 5:30 P.M. on Wednesday November 29, 2023. The meeting will begin with a site visit to the Auto Shaman Garage at 3715 Rt 14 in the center of Woodbury (corner of Church Street and Rt 14) and be followed immediately by a hearing in the Community Room at the Woodbury Library next to the school. This hearing is to consider the Change of Use from the business emphasis being 85% auto repair and 15% used car sales, to 15% auto repair and 85% auto sales.

A copy of the application for the change of use is available for public review at the Town Clerk's Office in South Woodbury.
