Learn how to use sacred journeying to meet your spirit helpers and guides in the invisible realms. They come in all shapes, sizes and personalities, and you definitely have them! Some are with you for life, while others come to assist with specific lessons, goals, or times of change. We will explore how to use sound and movement to center and connect, how to move through self-doubt and embrace the loving wisdom available to us, have fun, laugh (maybe cry?) and support each other!
