Dear neighbors,

Friends of the Barge Canal (FBC) will lead one more "mini-tour" of the Barge Canal site this Saturday morning, November 4, from 9-10 AM. Come take a walk with us through our neighborhood's own urban wild. Learn about the history, ecology and challenges of the site. Find out what's ahead for these 28 acres of wetlands and forest in our midst.

Wear sturdy shoes or boots and long pants. We will meet in front of the gate at 453 Pine St., across from Dealer.com. The walk will take about an hour.
