Want to better understand where your city council candidates stand on climate action and other issues? Join us for an evening candidate debate next Tuesday, where we'll hear from Jen Monroe Zakaras, Allie Schachter, and Kathy Olwell (and maybe more candidates!). The forum will address Burlington's social and economic issues, and make space to go deeper on the climate crisis and other environmental challenges. There will also be an opportunity to submit your own questions to the candidates. Organized by our student community and co-sponsored by the Climate Action Collective, UVM Political Science Club, Alpha Phi Omega (UVM's service fraternity), Run on Climate, Standing Trees, and 350Vermont.
