The Vermont Kindness Project is offering a Community Resource & Resiliency Space in Montpelier! We all need a place where we feel welcome and belong. The Vermont Kindness Project welcomes BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and all Vermonters to connect with local resources that can help us build resilience. Share light refreshments, learn how stress impacts our bodies, learn some simple skills to build personal and family resilience, find local collective healing events, participate in arts and crafts, and connect with Vermont neighbors. This space is made possible by a collaboration between Mosaic Vermont and the Vermont Health Equity Partnership. Mondays 10am-12pm at the Just Basics Food Pantry, Wednesdays 8-10am at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center.
