YOU ARE INVITED TO AN INDIAN COOKING CLASS on DELICIOUS DAALS and LEGUMES
taught by Lini Mazumdar
on Tuesday, November 14th. from 3-5 pm
at the home of Sharon Myers, 744 Meadowbrook Rd., Brattleboro, VT

In this class we will learn to prepare a masoor daal, a chana daal, and a rajma dish.  We will then have a chance to eat them with rice, chapatis and a raita.  Recipes will be available.
