I am offering a standing weekly Forest Bathing session on Thursdays from 1-3pm at the Old Shelter in Hubbard Park.

o Come rest in the beauty of our Forest spaces
o Heal your mind and nervous system through mindful connection with the Land
o Slow down and take in the world through guided invitations and a community atmosphere
o Celebrate Life and the Joys of the natural world
o I would love for you to join me!

This is offered as a Gift to the community- no monetary payment required!

Please wear weather-appropriate attire
