This workshop is designed as a rite of passage for females of all ages and others who identify as female. It's offered by local Health & Wellness Counselor, Sarah L. Frederiksen, MA, CAHC, CYT in collaboration with Doula & Rites of Passage Mentor Jess Wadden, M.Ed, CPD.

Using Yoga movement, meditation, and breathwork, principles of Ayurveda, discussion, and contemplation, the facilitators will guide participants on an exploration of (1) the contemporary collective feminine experience in western society and (2) strategies that bring more aware and authentic embodiment of feminine consciousness. And as a result of that exploration, participants receive tools and support to reconnect to the energy of healthy feminine consciousness, explore and unearth what may have been lacking during their youth, invite healing where it's needed, and re-embody their innate feminine power.

Pre-registration is on a sliding scale of $25-45. As much as you're able to offer for this two-hour workshop is greatly appreciated. We can accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card. Please note, the sliding scale will be limited to $35-$45 for any registrations on the day of the event.

The foundation of this experience resides in the work of Sarah Durham Wilson, creator of the lineage of the Motherspirit. Jessica Wadden, one workshop facilitator, is a certified Maiden to Mother rites of passage guide initiated into the Motherspirit lineage.
