Weird Science with Dr. Rob Pyatt is part stand-up comedy, part journal club, and part science project. Dr. Rob Pyatt will lead the audience in a discussion of some of the strangest science studies ever conducted like "Honey Bee Sting Pain Index by Body Location" and "Testing the Danish Myth that Alcohol Can be Absorbed Through the Feet". Attendees will also participate as subjects in a Weird Science experiment of our own. But we can't tell you what it is or we'll bias the results! At Weird Science, you'll laugh and you'll learn.

We meet at the Ilsley Public Library in the community room. Doors open at 5:00, you can enter the space through the garden door or through the East stairwell. The discussion starts at 5:30 and runs until 6:30. Coffee from The Royal Oak, decaf and caffeinated, is provided free of charge along with vegan nut-free snacks from Friday Bakery. Please bring your own cup and reduce waste!
