The town of Cabot will celebrate its Fall Foliage Festival on Saturday, September 30 and invites locals and visitors to start celebrating autumn in Cabot this weekend.

Some of the event highlights include:
Open business tours and demonstrations.
10 am - Noon | Up Close and Personal with Cabot History. Local Cabot historians and authors, Jane Brown and Amanda Legare will share historic photos, tell stories about some of Cabot's history and show you where local points of interest and the best photo ops in the area. Cabot Library.
10 am—2 pm | Cabot Harvest Hub Market featuring handmade giftable foods and crafts from local farmers and artisans, Craft activities for kids. Willey Building front lawn.
10 am - 4 pm | Cabot Historical Society offers an impressive collection of Cabot and Vermont historical artifacts and records. 3216 Main St., Brimblecombe Building.
Noon—5 pm | Cabot Cheese and Culture Festival - bringing together Vermont cheesemakers, producers of cultured and fermented foods, chefs, and brewers, for a day of tasting, education and celebration. Panel discussions on cheese, fermented food-making and cooking demonstrations throughout the afternoon.
5 - 6:30 pm | Delicious home cooked turkey supper with all the trimmings at the Cabot Church. Take out only. $15 per dinner. Outdoor dining and live music on the Common.
Cabot's Fall Foliage Festival is part of the Northeast Kingdom Fall Foliage Festival - a special week of events (September 30 - October 7) showcasing the beauty of autumn and providing authentic Vermont experiences in six NEK towns.
