REGARDING PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT 86 MAIN STREET

Enter through the door in the alley between City Hall and BCA Center and
take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor
• The project site is located at the NW corner of Main and Pine Streets in the vacant lot next to the existing commercial building.
• The proposed project is a six-story building that will have 23 apartments on floors 2-6, with the top two stories being two level apartments.
• Commercial space and parking for 8 cars will be located on the ground level and there will be a partial basement level mechanical space.
• The building will be attached but not functionally connected to the adjacent building which will remain commercial office space.
• The existing HC ramp and stairs located in the north part of the lot will remain with minor alterations as required.
The project developer will provide an illustration depicting the layout and design of the proposed development. A fact sheet will be available that features the size of the proposed project, proposed land uses, number of dwelling units, density of the project, building heights and parking plans. This is an opportunity to meet the project team, learn about this proposed development, ask questions and provide your feedback on the proposed project.
