When: Oct 7, 2022, 11:00 AM start time for the race, 12:00 to 4:00 PM for Oktoberfest

We're pleased to announce the return of Oktoberfest Saturday, October 7th at the Brookfield Old Town Hall!

The day kicks off at 11:00AM with a timed 5K run/walk around Brookfield's Sunset Lake, the route looping up and around Pond Village along predominantly dirt roads before finishing across the Floating Bridge.

Oktoberfest proper will run from noon to 4PM, and will feature the sound system cranked to MAX (or mid) with Bavarian oompah music, local beer and food, and many lederhosen-clad friends and neighbors. This year's Oktoberfest event is ticketless/voluntary donations only, so bring all your friends, cousins, and acquaintances (the race does have a registration fee, but includes an envy-inducing hat).
