All Democratic voters in the town of Chester, Vermont are here notified, in accordance with 17 V. S. A Section 2303, to meet in caucus on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at the Chester Town Hall, 2d Floor, Elm Street, Chester, VT 05143 at 6 PM.

Held every two years in each town in the State of Vermont, the purpose of the Caucus is to re-organize the local town Democratic Committees.

The Agenda for this Caucus is as follows:

1. Election of Chester Town Democratic Committee
2. Election of Officers by the Chester Town Democratic Committee
3. Election of Windsor County Democratic Committee Members
4. New Business
