Hi Neighbors!

I'm Amy, a resident of Jeffersonville, and a certified kickboxing instructor. I will be teaching a pop up Kick It class at the beautiful Stony Grove farm on September 12th at 5:30pm. After class, Stony Grove will open their apple orchard and farm store for apple picking and to purchase fall goodies! I'm so excited to bring this upbeat, empowering workout to our community, and look forward to seeing some of you there! Please register in advance using the link below.

Class Details:
Kick It is a 13 round, music-driven, kickboxing-inspired fitness class. Rounds include a warm up, high-intensity intervals with kickboxing combinations, low impact movements, and a meditative cooldown. This fun and upbeat class will provide you with a full body workout and leave you feeling strong and empowered. Bring your yoga mat and water. All fitness levels are welcome!
