Join us for the Queer Arts Festival (QueerAF!) on Saturday, August 26, from 10 am to 5 pm, at the Plainfield Recreation Field in Plainfield, Vermont. A one-day outdoor festival at the confluence of the Winooski River/Winoskitekw and the Great Brook, QueerAF! celebrates rural queer life, art, craft, and performance.

Shop for crafts from 75+ vendors showcasing their prints, pottery, jewelry, clothing, leatherwork, paintings, photography, zines, herbal goods, and more. There will also be music, theater, and circus performances, in addition to food vendors, face painting and a bubble station for kids, letter writing to prisoners and queer youth, games and friendly contests, craft demonstrations, and community art projects. Admission is free.

We welcome all individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, and craft-loving allies alike. QueerAF! aims to be accessible and inclusive for everyone. We believe that creative work is real work. We value connection and relationship over a transaction. We seek to create more joy in the world.
