Kate and I are pleased to announce our next performance at our Stowe location this Friday the 18th from 6 to 7 pm. Bring a yoga mat for extra comfort (we provide one mat and it's a carpeted surface) Although we provide pillows, you should bring one and a blanket for extra comfort, We provide eye pillows (chamomile or peppermint scented) and selenite palm stones to help channel the energy you'll be experiencing during the Immersion.

Our Immersion is quite different from many other sound baths because there are two of us performing together. The structure is seamless and the flow from one segment to the next is very smooth. We use resonant sound and rhythm in a structured environment, weaving a tapestry of sound.

Kate and I focus on using sound for healing energy, and your journey through the chakras is layered with a variety of instruments. We use a full set of Crystal Singing Bowls in the key of C which corresponds to the chakra system and blend in many other instruments such as the Udu Drum, the 528 hz singing bowl, the Ocean Drum, Djembe, Steel Tongue Drum, Native American Frame Drum, various rattles and chimes, as well as tuning forks to create a Sound Immersion that is both relaxing, meditative and healing.
